Shipping Costs

Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
International Orders

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address or redirect the package.
Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages
Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect address information are outside ZOVICT’s direct control.
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier and our support team for assistance.
Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery may require an additional shipping fee before being sent again.
Damaged Packages
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so our team can assist you.
